Vantage Point: Gaming Catalogue

You can request permanent deletion of your Vantage Point account and the data tied to it at any time. Account deletion is free and does not require an active subscription.

Or email support@vantage-point.online directly with the subject line "Delete account" from the email address tied to your account. We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

This action is permanent. Once deletion is complete, your library, ratings, reviews, scout connections, and account history cannot be restored. If you want to come back later, you'll have to start a fresh account.

What gets deleted

A small set of records is retained for legal, financial, and anti-abuse reasons. None of this data identifies you to other Vantage Point users post-deletion.

Subscriptions and refunds

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription, because subscriptions are managed by the platform store (Apple or Google), not by us.

Cancel your subscription first, then submit the deletion request. Refund requests for recent purchases go through the originating store — see our Support page for the relevant links.
